WorldCell Awarded Option Period Renewal from DITCO-Europe for Enterprise Wireless Services
Silver Spring, Maryland (October 25, 2006) - WorldCell, Inc, a leading provider of managed services for global enterprise wireless communications, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the option period renewal for the Enterprise Wireless Services contract by DITCO-Europe (Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization – Europe). The option period extension is the first renewal with a total contract award of up to $114 million. The renewal extends WorldCell’s contract by an additional two years, further solidifying WorldCell’s position within the market.
The DITCO-Europe contract renewal enables WorldCell to continue to provide superior local cellular and BlackBerry® coverage to the US Military in 26 critical countries throughout Europe and Southwest Asia through a single point-of-ordering, customer care and provisioning for the United States European Command, the European Central command, as well as various US Government Organizations.

The DITCO contract award demonstrates WorldCell’s success as the largest US Government provider of wireless products and services, including BlackBerry, outside of the United States. Other contract awards include: GSA, USAF-Europe contract, US Army–Air Force Netcom BPA, in addition to the over 20 individual Government agency contracts WorldCell holds today.
