WorldCell Provides SIM and USIM License to StepNexus, Inc.

GSM Applications Leverage MULTOS™ Smart Card Operating System Features

Silver Spring, Maryland (May 18, 2006) - WorldCell, Inc, a leading supplier of global enterprise managed wireless services, announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with StepNexus, Inc to provide GSM SIM and 3GPP USIM applications to StepNexus MULTOS customers and Issuance Partners.  The licensing agreement, provided by Mobile-Mind, Inc, a WorldCell subsidiary, enables StepNexus to offer a SIM solution through its STEP scheme and MULTOS technology.

In addition to standards-compliant GSM and 3GPP network access functionality, the Mobile-Mind-developed SIM and USIM applications offer end-to-end encrypted messaging and other customization options for enterprise and government subscribers.  WorldCell, which acquired Mobile-Mind in March 2006, will use these capabilities to launch new services for its own subscriber base.
